Diploma of Events

In 2010, international students will be able to enrol in a Diploma of Events course at Mackintosh College. This course is designed to provide the skills and knowledge required to work in an administrative or operations role relating to events. For students wishing to go on to further study after successful completion of the course Mackintosh College has established university pathways.

To celebrate the introduction of the Diploma of Events course Mackintosh College is offering an INTRODUCTORY TUITION FEE of $8,000 for the first 20 students to enrol in Term 1 2010.

VET Entry Requirements

In 2010, entry into all study programs, including Certificate III, Certificate IV and Diploma level courses will require an IELTS proficiency level of 5.5 or equivalent. This change will be introduced to meet current expectations of industry and further enhance Mackintosh College’s ongoing commitment to providing the highest quality of educational delivery to its students. There are a number of benefits of this change for the student. Most notably, that an increase in English proficiency entry levels will allow for more meaningful learning experiences where attention can be fully focused on course content, with fewer language challenges.
